Chicken Enchilada Soup Recipe

1 small onion chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 can beef broth
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chopped green chilies
2 c cooked and shredded chicken breasts
1 1/2 c water
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper
6 flour tortillas
3 c grated cheddar cheese

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add next 10 ingredients and boil. Cover, simmer for 1 hour. Cut tortillas into 1/2" strips; add with cheese to the soup. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Serve
