Ingredients:  
1 can apricot halves drained
1/3 c flour
1 c sugar
pinch of salt
1 c whip cream
unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Place apricots in deep pie shell cut side up. In a bowl mix remaining ingredients and pour over apricots. Pour whip cream over the top and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
