1 Pkg. Of Wheat Bran Flakes
5 Cups of All Purpose Flour
2 Cups Sugar (Use more if desired)
5 Tsps. Baking Soda
2 Tsps. Salt
4 Eggs - beaten
1 Quart Buttermilk
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Wheat Bran
1 Cup Raisins
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in large mixing bowl the first five ingredients plus the bran, raisins, and nuts. Make a will in center of mixture and add beaten eggs, buttermilk and oil. Mix on low speed until all ingredients are moistened. Cover with plastic wrap until ready to make muffins. Prepare muffin pan by grease and flour muffin tin or use paper liners.
Fill muffin cup 2/3's full of batter. Bake in preheated 400 for 12 to 13 mins.

You can keep the batter in the refrigerator for 4 weeks. Make a few muffins and then return the batter to the refrigerator for more muffins at a later date.
