1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter
1 egg

Pat mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

1 - 8 ounces, cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 box 10x powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Pour over top of first mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cut into squares.

Makes 12 squares
