4 cups milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
4 cups of bread {crumbled}
1 cup raisins
1/4 tsp. nutmeg {if desired}
1/2 tsp. cinnamon {if desired}

Sauce~
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2- 1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla

Scald Milk~ don't boil. Combine sugar, eggs & raisins. Pour milk on bread, mix milk & eggs with bread. Bake about 1~ 1 1/2 hours at 350
