2-lbs frozen Hashbrowns (thawed)
1 cube butter
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2-cups cheddar cheese (grated)
minced onion,
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, Melt butter, mix in sour cream, soup, onions, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Add potatoes, mix well.

Place in 9X13 baking dish and cover with cheese.

Bake @ 350 for 30-45 minutes.
