3/4 Cup Butter Flavor Crisco
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsps. Milk
1Tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
1 3/4 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Salt
3/4 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Chopped Nuts

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 In a large bowl, place crisco, sugar, milk, and vanilla, mix on low speed until ingredients are smooth and creamy. Add egg and mix well. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to cream mixture. Mix well. Mixing by hand add chocolate chips and nuts. Drop round tablespoon of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 11 to 15 mins or 8 to 10 mins. for a more moist cookie. Cool on cookie rack for 2-3 mins.
