1 lb. ground turkey
2 large onions, chopped
6 carrots, sliced
6 stalks celery, slice
6 c. water
16 oz. can tomatoes
6 beef cubes
1 can corn (undrained)
1 tsp. basil
2 bay leaves
1/4 . barley
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine turkey, onions, carrots, celery, water, and tomatoes in large stock pot. Bring to boil. Add beef cubes, stirring until dissolved. Add corn, basil, bay leaves, barley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1 hour or until carrots are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves before serving.
