Holiday Crunch Granola Recipe

3 cups oatmeal, (regular or quick oats)
3/4 cup toasted wheat germ
1 cup Rice Krispies
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup snipped dried apricots
1/3 cup golden raisins or craisins

Mix all dry ingredients (through brown sugar) together in a large mixing bowl. Mix honey, water, vegetable oil and vanilla together and then pour over dry ingredients; mix well. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 300 for approximately 1 hour. Stir halfway through cooking time. Should be browned and crisp.

After baking, add regular raisins, snipped dried apricots and golden raisins (or craisins)
