2 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers (about 50 wafers)*
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups frozen, sweetened raspberries (loose pack)
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wafers and butter. Press half of mixture on bottom of 8-inch square pan. Reserve remaining half for topping. Sprinkle berries evenly over crust. In bowl, whisk half and half and sugar until sugar dissolves. In separate bowl, whisk sour cream until smooth. Slowly whisk in half and half mixture. Pour over berries. Sprinkle evenly with remaining crumbs. Cover and freeze for 3 hours or until solid. Cut into squares. Soften at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.

*Place wafers in plastic bag, seal bag and crush finely with rolling pin or palm of hand.
