Venison Barbecue Recipe

Haunch or chuck of deer
1/4 cup vinegar
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup water
1/2 cup catsup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
5 tablespoons onion juice

Marinate meat in mixture of vinegar and brown sugar.
Remove meat and rub with salt.
Dredge in flour and brown in frying pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat in a roaster. Bake 30 minutes per pound at 350. Baste frequently.
