Filling:
7 c. Wild Himalaya Berries from Willowcreek
1 c. sugar
c. tapioca

Homemade Pie Crust:
2 c. flouer
1 t. salt
2 t. sugar
t. baking powder
c. shortening or butter
1 egg yolk + cold water to make cup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix filling and let sand 15 minutes.
Mix crust ingredients . Chill until cool. Roll and fold.
Fill pie crust and bake for 30 min. at 350. Slip a baking sheet beneath it and bake for about 30 min more until fill begins to bubble through the vents in the crust.
