2-3 lbs. Tilapia or other white fish
Tortillas
cabbage, shredded
Tomatoes, onion, cilantro
Oil- not too much
Beer Batter:
1 Mexican Beer
1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 1/4 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
3/4 t. baking soda
1 lemon/lime

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fish into finger size pieces.
Mix all dry beer batter ingredients together,
then add the entire beer and squeeze the lemon/lime to reduce to foam. Mix well.
Dip fish and fry until golden brown.
Make tacos.
