2 pkgs. cornbread mix
4 eggs
1 onion
2 stalks celery
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 chicken or 3 skinless-boneless chicken breast
2 - 10 3/4 oz. cans chicken broth or 2 cups broth from chicken
sage or poultry seasoning to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornbread and bake according to package directions. Beat eggs and chop onion and celery. Saute in 1/4 cup of butter in microwave for 2 minutes. Boil and debone chicken. Mix all ingredients together except cornbread, add it last.
Grease crockpot. Cook 4 hours on low or 2 hours on high. if you cut the recipe in half cooking time remains the same.
