Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp melted butter

Cake:
3 8 oz cream cheese
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Combine ingredients and press into 8" springform pan. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
Cake:
Cream the cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Sift in flour. Add pecans and vanilla. Pour into springform pan and bake at 350F for 55 minutes or until set. Let cake cool in the pan. Brush the top with maple syrup and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
