Crust:
1 box of vanilla wafers
3 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp margarine

Cake:
5 egg, separated
1 c sugar
2 tbsp softened margarine
2 heaping tbsp flour
3 large cream cheese, softened
1 small cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp vanilla
1 jar red currant jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Mash wafers into crumbs. Add sugar and margarine. Mix and put around bottom of pan. Save some crumbs to sprinkle on top of cake. Bake crust for 5-7 minutes at 350F,

Cake:
Beat 5 yolks. Add sugar, margarine, flour, cream cheese, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour mixture into baked crust. Sprinkle the top with crumbs. Bake at 325F for 1 hr or more. Let cool in oven with door open. Don't' take out for a couple hours.
When ready to serve, melt red currant jelly and pour on top.
