3 Tbsp veggie oil; 12 oz tempeh, cut into small cubes;
2 med. onions, chopped;
3 garlic, cloves pressed;
1 (28 oz) canned tomato sauce;
3-4 Tbsp chili powder;
3 t cumin;
3 t dried basil;
salt an pepper to taste; cayenne to taste;
4 c cooked brown rice

In a skillet, saute tempeh until lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes. Add remainder of ingredients (except rice) and simmer for 20 min. Serve over rice
