1 pound mild pork sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 T. dry mustard
6 slices bread, crusts removed and cut into cubes
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain and cool. Crumble sausage into bowl. Beat eggs in another bowl and add milk, salt, mustard and bread cubes - mix well. Add sausage and cheese and mix again. Spoon into 12 x 8 glass baking dish, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake in 350 for 45 minutes or until center is set. Cut into squares and serve.

This is a great dish for company, because it HAS to be made ahead! It also freezes well.
