1/4 cup margarine
1 medium bell pepper-chopped
1 medium onion-chopped
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 small can mild RO-TEL
2 cups cook chopped chicken
12 corn tortillas, torn into bite size pieces
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute pepper and onion in the margarine, about 5 minutes. Add soups, RO-TEL and chicken-stirring until well blended. Start layering mixture in greased oblong baking dish, by placing tortillas on top, thin do another layer. Top with cheese. Bake about 45 minutes or, until bubbling, in a preheated 350 oven.
