4 eggs whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
22 Ritz Crackers
1 1/3 cups pecans (chopped)
Whipped Cream (cool whip works well)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites and baking powder until stiff. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Mash Ritz Crackers and fold into egg mixture and add pecans. Pour into greased pie pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let cool and cover with whipped cream or add when serving. Make sure pie is cooled before adding the whip cream.
