2 Cup flower
1 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp salt
1 Tbsp shortening
3/4 Cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Add water and shape into ball. Make 6 balls of dough. Roll into very thin rounds. Cut in wedge shapes and fry about 4 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
