2 Eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 small can green chilies
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup corn meal
1 small can creamed corn
1 cup longhorn cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1/2 the mixture into a well greased iron skillet. Sprinkle on 1 cup grated longhorn cheese, pour on remaining batter. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
