2 lbs. Hamburger
12 tortillas
1-1/2 lb. Longhorn Cheese
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 can Mushroom Soup
1 small can chopped green Chilies
Chopped onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain. Put can of mushroom soup in pan and add 1/4 cup water. Cut Velveeta in small squares and melt in soup. Also melt 1lb. of the Longhorn cheese in the soup with Velveeta. Add green chilies. Layer tortillas in bottom of cake pan, add 1/2 the meat, cover with 1/2 sauce mixture. Add another layer tortillas, meat and sauce. Cover with grated cheese and bake at 325 for 20-30 minutes.
