2 lbs.One Ida Hash Brown Potatoes
2-8oz. containers of sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
10oz. cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup melted butter

Topping
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together-potatoes, onion, cheese and butter. Blend in sour cream and soup. Pour into 9x13 inch casserole. Mix butter with corn flakes and put on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
