1 onion 1 bell pepper 4-5 stalks of celery 1 hot pepper 2 can tomatoes 1 lb. cheddar cheese
Brown in 1 stick butter and add 2 cans tomatoes and cook 1 1/2 hours slowly. Brown 2 lbs. ground beef, and add 2 Tbsp chili powder. Add to above. Cook 1 pkg. egg noodles. Drain and mix into tomato mixture. Add 1 lb. cheddar cheese. Cook slowly 30 minutes.
