6 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut up
1/2 t salt
1 t fresh pepper
2-4 14 oz. cans of italian style tomatoes (basil and garlic added)
18 oz. artichoke hearts
12 oz. kalamata olives
feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, artichoke and olives and simmer until heated through. Serve sprinkled with feta.

Great with crusty bread. This gets better the longer it simmers, so it is great to make ahead.
