this can be made with any vegetable that you would like 1 egg 1 cup milk salt and pepper 1 bag of shredded sharp cheese
mix the vegetables, milk, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl until all ingredients become one; add the cheese and mix one more time. spread in pyrex until all is even, sprinkle with parmessan cheese and bake for 1 hr in oven at 350 Enjoy!!!
