2 cans (20oz. each) unsweetened pineapple chunks
2 pkgs. (3oz) cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
2 1/2 C. orange juice
1 small cantaloupe, cubed
3 1/2 C honeydew melon, cubed
2 C. fresh strawberries, halved
2 C. fresh blueberries
2 C. seedless grapes
2 med. firm bananas, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving 1 c. juice; set pineapple aside. In a lg. saucepan, combine pudding mix, reserved pineapple juice and orange juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat; cool. In a lg. bowl, combine the pineapple, melons, berries, grapes and bananas. Drizzle with the cooled pudding mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
