1/3 cup lime juice
cup soy sauce
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp worcesterchire
cup orange juice
fresh cracked black pepper
cup chopped cilantro
2 finely chopped Serrano peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a shallow non reactive dish. Place Mahi Mahi steaks in marinade for approximately 30 minutes. Do not leave in marinade longer than 30 minutes as acidity from the lime juice will cook the fish and become mealy. Grill over mesquite coals approximately 2 minutes per side for 1 inch thick steaks.
