1 egg
1 slice of homemade bread

Directions:
Directions:
Cut a round center in your bread, just enough for your egg
yolk to fit. In a frying pan pour your oil and heat well before placing your bread in the pan, including your cut out round.
Crack your egg into the cut out round. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry in oil and turn to other side and cook until golden.
