2 lbs of sirloin cut into thin strips
1 pkg of Mccormick fajita seasoning mix
1 lemon
1 medium onion
1 or 2 bell peppers
canola oil
Flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
marinate the sirloin steak with the fajita seasoning and the lemon. If possible marinate overnight. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet and add meat. cook and stir for about 3 minutes or until no longer pink. add the sliced peppers and onions and cook for about another 3 minutes. Spoon into warm tortillas and serve with desired toppings. Enjoy!
