1 can sweet corn (drained) 1 can of cream corn 2 eggs 1 stick of butter or margarine 1 8 oz. container of sour cream 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
Combine all ingredients and stir until creamy. Melting the butter before adding to the other ingredients makes this process smoother. Pour into a 13X9" pan. Greasing pan is not necessary. Bake at 350º for 35-40 min. Top should be golden brown and springy to the touch.
