1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breasts; boneless, skinless
8 chicken drum sticks
1/4 c. honey
2 T. Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/4 c. cornflakes, finely crushed
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken. Combine honey, mustard, paprika, and garlic powder in small bowl. Mix cornflakes and pecans in a second dish.

Brush both sides of chicken with honey mixture and dredge in cornflake mixture. Transfer to greased baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
