3/4 C. unsweetened apple juice
2 TB sugar
2 TB soy sauce
1 TB vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp.. pepper
1 boneless pork loin roast ( about 3 lbs.)
7 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
3 TB cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first seven ingredients in a greased slow cooker. Add roast and turn to coat. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until tender. Remove roast and keep warm. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth: stir in cooking juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 min. or until thickened. Serve with the roast.
