1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
ground cinnamon

Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Blend in eggs. Add butter, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set.
Yield: 1 9-inch pie.
