8-10 spuds (cubed)
(I usually use 14-15 potatoes)
Celery (chopped)
Onion
Leek 3-4 stocks (chopped) use white part only
1 Can Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put above ingredients is a large cooking pot
Add water to just about cover the potatoes,
celery, onion and leek. Cook until soft.

DO NOT DRAIN WATER OFF POTATOES

Use spud masher to smash about 1/2 of the spuds. (This will help thicken the soup)
Put in 1 cube butter and add 1 can of Evaporated Milk.
DO NOT let soup boil, only heat through Salt and Pepper to taste
