2 c. chopped apples (peeled)
2 T. Flour
1 egg, beaten
1/8 t. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 t. vanilla
1 prepared pie crust

Topping:
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. white sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, cream, egg, vanilla, salt. Beat well. Add apples. Pour into 9 inch prepared pie crust. Bake at 450 for 12 minutes. Reduce to 325 and bake for 30 more mintues. Meanwhile, mix topping ingredients together, sprinkle on the pie and bake another 20 minutes at 375. Total baking time is 65 minutes.
