4 Chicken Breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 large onion
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Chicken Broth
1 Can Ro-Tel diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 lb. Cheddar heese, grated
8 to 9 Corn Tortillas, quartered
1 clove garlic
1/2 stick butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the chopped onion and garlic in butter until onions are clear, then add the chicken bits. Salt and pepper to taste and cook until chicken is browned. Mix soups, Ro-Tel and chilies. Add broth and heat. Layer half of tortillas in a greased casserole dish. Add chicken and onions, then cheese. Ladle half of the soup mixture on top. Repeat, topping with cheese. Heat 350 for 1 hour.

Can be made ahead and freezes well. Shauna says this is easy to make and nice to serve when she and Jeff are entertaining.
