1 4oz can green chilies
3 cups Monterey Jack cheese
4 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped and drained green chilies in the bottom of a greased 8" square pan evenly. Top with cheese, evenly. Pour 4 beaten eggs over chilies and cheese. Bake at 300 for 1 hour until center is firm. Cool 5 minutes and cut into 2" squares.

This dish may be baked ahead, cooled, covered and refrigerated for up to three days. To reheat, bake 15 minutes at 300.
