3 potatoes, sliced
2 tbls. onion soup mix
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a medium casserole and layer potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and onion soup mix. Slice 1 stick of butter and put on top of the mixture. Cover and bake on 325 for 1 hour.
