2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 - 15 oz. can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1- 6 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. powdered sugar

Mix the first four ingredients. Combine the rest of the ingredients and add to the creamed mixture. Mix well and pour into greased and floured 12x18 pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Two 9x13 pans can also be used. Frosting: beat cheese, butter, vanilla and milk together until soft. Add powdered sugar until correct consistency to spread. Will freeze well.
