6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (4 oz) pkg crumbed feta cheese (with basil and tomato)
1/4 cup red pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange chicken in a 9x13 baking dish. Drizzle with one tablespoon lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Top with feta cheese. Drizzle with remaining lemon juice. Bake 35-40 minutes until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Sprinkle with red pepper and parsley.
