2lb. ground beef,
1 pkg. (6oz) Stove Top Stuffing mix, any variety,
1 cup water,
2 eggs beaten,
1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce. Shape meat mixture into 2 oval loaves, side by side in 9X13 baking dish. Top with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.

Bake @ 375 for 35 minutes or until center is no longer pink.
