1/2 C plus 2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 3/4 C sugar
3 eggs
1/4 C plus 1 tbsp half and half
3/4 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 C flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 C blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Grease muffin tins.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, half and half and vanilla. Add remaining dry ingredients. Mix well. Batter will be stiff. Fold in blueberries. Distribute evenly among greased tins. Bake for 23 to 25 min.
