5 Medium Apples Sliced
2 tsp. Cinnamon
5 tbl. Sugar

3 Cups Flour
2 1/4 Cup Water
1/2 tsp Salt
2 1/2 tsp Vanilla
3 tsp Baking Powder
4 Eggs
1 Cup Wesson Oil
1/2 Cup Orange Juice

Mix together Apples, Cinnamon and Sugar and set aside.
Mix and beat the remaining ingredients together. This makes a pretty thick batter.
Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.
Pour a layer of batter, layer of apples...end with a layer of apples
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hour.
