Crust:
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Filling:
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 T. flour
4 T. lemon juice
1 grated lemon rind
powdered sugar for top

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: blend and press ingredients in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Filling: Blend filling ingredients and pour over crust while hot. Bake at 250 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and let cool.
