2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach (10 oz boxes)
1 pkg Chicken Stove Top Stuffing mix
6 Eggs
1 C Parmesan cheese
3/4 C Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Cook spinach. Drain well, pressing to get all water out.
Add beaten eggs, stuffing mix, cheese and butter to the spinach.
Chill 1-2 hours.
Roll into 1-1 1/2 inch balls.
Bake on cookie sheets 10-15 min until lightly browned.
