2 or 3 cups diced chicken
1 1/2 cups diced celery
2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp accent
few drops Tabasco
few drops Worcestershire Sauce
5 T lemon juice
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup finely crushed potato chips
1 9 inch baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, celery, grated onion, salt, pepper, accent, lemon juice, pecans and mayonnaise in mixing bowl and mix lightly, but thoroughly. Place all of these ingredients into baked pie shell. Top with potato chips and cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
