2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Wesson Oil
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Cup Crushed Pineapple, drained
2 Cups Grated Carrots
2 Cups Flour
1tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Cinnamon

Frosting:
1 Cube Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese
1 Box Powdered Sugar

Directions:

Beat until well blended.

Pour batter into 9x13 pan that has been lightly sprayed with Pam. Bake @ 350 for 45-55 minutes.

Can also use 2- 9" Rounds. Place strips of wax paper under cake before frosting to keep cake plate clean. It looks pretty to place walnut halves around sides of the cake.
