Roast
1 bottle BBQ sauce
water
salt
pepper
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot, fat side down. Cover with water. Season to taste. Cook on high 4-5 hours or low for 8 hours. Drain roast and shred meat. Add BBQ sauce mix well. Makes GREAT sandwiches.
